Menu: Come celebrate the Bard’s birthday with
Haggis, humor, dancing, musical entertainment, and a delightful three
course dinner. For
our first course, mesclun greens with sliced pears, caramelized onions,
candied pecans, craisins, balsamic vinaigrette and seeded flatbread. Followed
with the entrée of beef tenderloin with herb crusted salmon filet,
potatoes and vegetable. All topped off with a dessert of apple
cobbler with cinnamon ice cream.
